Terms and conditions governing the use of our website and services.

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by US Drywall through its messaging program. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

US Drywall operates an SMS program to communicate with prospective and active clients about commercial construction inquiries, bid requests, project updates, and scheduling. We do not sell or share your mobile number, and we do not send promotional messages outside the scope of your inquiry.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by:

  • Submitting a contact form on us-drywall.com with your phone number AND checking the SMS consent box on the form.
  • Texting us first at the number we provide.
  • Verbally agreeing during a phone call with our team, which we will document.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or business relationship. You may inquire by phone or email without consenting to SMS.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and our communication with you. You should expect anywhere from occasional one-off messages to several messages per week while your inquiry, bid, or project is active. We do not send recurring automated marketing campaigns through SMS.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. US Drywall does not charge a fee for participation in our SMS program. Check with your carrier for details about your specific plan.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You can opt out of our SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been opted out, and you will not receive any further text messages from us unless you opt back in.

Other opt-out keywords we honor: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

US Drywall's SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Cellular One, Cincinnati Bell, and most regional carriers.

8. Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside US Drywall's control.

9. Privacy

Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with our SMS service provider (a CTIA-compliant carrier-aggregator vendor) solely for the purpose of transmitting messages on our behalf.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page and, where required, communicated to active program participants via text message. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
