• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.
• A formal contract must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
• Pricing may be adjusted for material cost fluctuations, scope changes, unforeseen site conditions, or changes in project schedule.
• US Drywall reserves the right to decline any bid request at its sole discretion.
